Completely took advantage of us in a vulnerable situation. Sad situation and staff that completely showed no remorse for unethical conduct. Run away!

Integrity is something that doesn’t exist within this company. Ripped me off and then had the audacity to try and justify it. Save yourself the headache, and run away from this company that does not exercise ethical business practices. A complete joke!

Got ripped off terribly by these people! Quoted me one price and by the end of the service it had doubled! Don’t trust them and steer clear! They do not do straight up business! Find out at your own risk!

Expressive and unprofessional $110 to fix a flat tire. Slow - It took them more than an hour to fix a regular nail puncture. They replaced a valve stem without any reason and without asking me. Also they didn't put a hub cap cover back on. Now it's more than $100 to get a new set of aftermarket covers. Better go to good year shop 1 mile away.

Professional, quick, and courteous. Never like having a flat tire on the road, but if I do, I'd always like to have somebody like Tyler come and fix it! Came from Champaign to Gibson City to replace my tire. Was down just over an hour and a half total from the time I noticed it and reported it until it was fixed and I was rolling again. He even torqued the lugs! Can't ask for more than that. Excellent job,Tyler, and Gem City tire.
